There are 2 steps to the registration process for SVA Sports. All MUST be completed before the first day of official practice in order for the athlete to be eligible:
1. Register through this online site.
2. Have a current Sports Physical on file with the SVA Athletic Office (form can be found and downloaded in the Emergency & Medical Contact Information Section) of this online registration. Sports physicals are good for 365 days from the date the physician signs. Send your physical directly to Jake Gregory at jgregory@svak12.org.
